- Attend industry/customer conferences and participate in leadership team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of professional industry experience in marketing functions, preferably in pharmaceuticals and medical devices
- Minimum of five years of successful sales management or equivalent people leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage diverse customers and executives
- Ability to travel as needed, with travel expected to be 50%
