Job summary

The Salvation Army service extension unit in Marion, IL is seeking a part-time Kettle Driver to move bell ringers, equipment, and donations to kettle sites. This 20-hour-per-week role starts at $15 per hour.

Applicants should have a valid IL Class D or MO Class E license and a good driving record, plus the ability to record time in ADP and coordinate with the Corps Officer or designee.

Qualifications

• Good driving record.
• One year of related driving experience.
• Proficient knowledge of roads in the designated territory.
• Must have a valid driver's license (IL Class D / MO Class E) and pass TSA MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Transport Bell Ringers, equipment and donations to and from kettle sites.
• Record time worked in ADP from departure to return.
• Record bell ringer times and drop-off/pick-up times with Corps staff.
• Report scheduled absences to the Corps Officer or designee.
• Transport monies to bank for deposit as directed.
• Check for new kettle/counter kettle sites as directed.
