We plan to immediately expand production and grow our team at the Bluffton facility to better serve our key customers. We currently have the following shifts available for immediate hire:

Kettle Operator - Food Manufacturing

Afternoons - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday, $19.92 per hour plus a $0.40 shift premium

Your seat at the best snacks table

The hand kettle operator is responsible for producing high-quality products. The operator will work with Quality Control to ensure all items meet specifications and coordinate with the PMO in packaging to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring to the party

• Calibrate slicer heads as required by MIP
• Ensure kettles are at proper oil levels and using the correct oil
• Enter all required tests in Infinity hourly
• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Use FIFO to ensure correct potato bin usage
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure kettles are at correct FFA levels
• Clean and wash kettles and related areas for proper shutdowns
• Coordinate with packaging to ensure proper changeovers and start-ups
• Inspect kettles to ensure product quality and proper cooking
• Use required safety equipment and PPE
• Properly dispose of waste and used containers
• Observe all plant Good Manufacturing Practices
