Interview Process

Modular has a straightforward interview process:

1. Application Review: Submit your resume. We aim to review all resumes within 2 weeks and respond to every application.
2. Call with Recruiting: A short 20-30min call to discuss basic information about you and the company.
3. Call with Hiring Manager: A deeper discussion into your background and experience.
4. Team Interviews: Typically 4 interviews focusing on role-specific areas such as coding, product strategy, or leadership presentations.
5. Founder Interviews: Finalists will speak with our co-founders to address any last questions.
6. Offer: If an offer is made, we provide an extensive offer deck and schedule a walkthrough call.
