We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate KMA/SRNA to join our team 3-11pm shift in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe patients closely to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Assist patients with daily activities as needed, including mobility and personal care.
• Document patient behavior, progress, and any incidents accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a KMA (Key Medical Assistant) or SRNA (Specialized Registered Nursing Assistant) preferred.
