Homebase, Inc. seeks a kennel attendant to care for resort animals, ensuring feeding times, fresh water, and bedding. You will note issues on boarding cards, follow safety protocols, and move dogs safely indoors and outdoors.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude toward pets and staff, kennel cleanliness, and supervising group play while following new procedures as notified. This is a full-time position with pay $10.00–$13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must love animals.

• Maintain kennel operations: cleaning, dishes, laundry per protocol.

• Must consistently demonstrate a love for animals
• Must consistently present a positive attitude towards pets and other staff
• Assure pets are fed on time and accurately, check routinely for fresh water and bedding, normal behavior.
• Make notations on boarding cards as required for any issues
• Total compliance with resort safety protocol
• Ability to safely move dogs inside and outside resort
• Ability to safely supervise group play, distinguishing between normal and aggressive postures
• Perform baths according to check-out schedules
• Ensure that all kennel operations such as cleaning, dishes, laundry are routinely done according to protocol
• Compliance with new procedures and practices when notified
