Qualifications

• Love for animals and commitment to welfare.
• Reliable, hardworking with ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically active duties.
• Previous kennel assistant experience preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personalized Care: primary caregiver for boarding/daycare pets, ensuring proper food, exercise, and comfort.
• Be the Eyes and Ears of Animal Health: monitor behavior and notify medical team of concerns.
• Create a Safe and Healthy Environment: maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennel areas, runs, and grounds.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies and collaborate with team.
