Location: Fishers, IN Pay: $15.50/hour Status: Full-Time

About the Role

As a Kennel Cleaner , you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and low-stress environment for the animals in our care. You’ll work closely with a passionate team to provide daily cleaning, feeding, and care for shelter animals—many of whom have come from incredibly difficult circumstances and are now getting their second chance.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily care, feeding, and clean housing for dogs and cats
• Monitor animals for health or behavioral changes and report issues
• Clean kennels, cages, food/water bowls, and bedding
• Handle dogs on leashes safely, including outdoor walks
• Work outside in all seasons and assist in maintaining a calm, safe environment
• Help ensure our shelter lives up to our promise: live, love, and be loved
