Job summary

Animal Health Center At Veterinary Village, located in Briarcliff Manor, New York, is seeking diligent kennel & daycare attendants for both part-time and full-time roles. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and cleanliness of animals, monitoring health, and providing companionship. Previous animal care experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidates. The ideal applicants should possess a high school diploma and demonstrate strong communication skills. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, will be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in animal care or kennel settings is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and handle animals of various sizes.
• Certification in pet first aid and CPR is an advantage.

About the Role

Animal Health Center is a busy 24 hour full service hospital we are looking for a hard working and efficient kennel & daycare attendants for part time and full time positions. Experience working with animals in a hospital setting is a huge plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Feed and provide fresh water to all animals in the kennel.
• Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas to ensure a safe environment.
