We are a 4 doctor, general practice veterinary hospital located in Deerfield, Illinois. Our state of the art facility features a surgical suite, full laboratory for in house diagnostics, a radiology suite with digital radiographs and ultrasonography, and a full kennel and indoor walking areas. We are seeking a full time experienced kennel attendant to join our team!
About You:
You must have experience working closely with animals and a desire to learn more about animal health care.
You must have experience handling animals and understand the basics of animal restraint.
You must enjoy collaborating with a team to provide outstanding veterinary care.
You can execute basic kennel duties such as walking, feeding, bathing, trimming nails, and monitoring pets.
You can tackle basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning kennels, sweeping and mopping, laundry.
You have sterilized surgical packs and gowns or are willing to learn.
You have a flexible schedule and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and occasionally work a 12hr shift.
