Job Description
We are seeking a Kennel Assistant to join our team!
This position plays a critical role in ensuring these purposefully bred dogs become the Service Dogs they are destined to become. Kennel Assistants are essential in ensuring the Service Dogs in Training receive the best care physically and mentally. You will be providing love and care for 30+ dogs daily and helping dogs help humans!
If you are hardworking, dedicated to animal welfare, and seeking a rewarding job that involves engaging with animals all day, this is the role for you!
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds. Frequent use of hands and arms, and ability to see clearly are required.
Work may be loud and involves inside and outside tasks in all weather conditions. Physical activity and movement are required throughout shifts from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, seven days a week.
