Coldwater Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time or part-time Kennel Assistant to work alongside our team of experienced veterinarians, skilled technicians, and support staff to ensure each animal receives the best care during their stay. What To Expect

Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week) or Full-Time (30–35 hours/week) with shifts including mornings, afternoons, rotating Saturdays, and no Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Husbandry, cleaning, and re-stocking (75%).
• Animal care including monitoring health, recognizing emergencies, and documenting activities (25%).
• Walking dogs, feeding, bathing, and administering medications.
• Assisting with animal check-ins, check-outs, and handling during examinations and treatments.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in animal areas.
