Job summary

Noodle Lab in Cambridge seeks a Front of House Team Member to warmly greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure accurate, beautifully presented orders.

You’ll work with kitchen and management to maintain smooth service, operate Clover POS for dine-in and takeout, and uphold brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are available, with pay commensurate with experience and tips.

• Prior experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurant preferred.

As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you’ll be the face of Noodle Lab — welcoming guests, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring every order is accurate and beautifully presented. You’ll work closely with our kitchen and management team to maintain smooth service flow and uphold our brand standards.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both teammates and guests.

• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet minimum age requirements per applicable local law).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in high volume fast casual/quick service, Asian cuisine, noodle dishes, or ramen concepts is a significant plus.

• Working knowledge of common food allergens and dietary restrictions (gluten, shellfish, nuts, dairy, soy, etc.).

• Cash handling experience and solid basic math and change-counting skills.
