Kendall Auto Group, one of the largest family-owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and a premier employer in Eugene, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Service team at Kendall Honda of Eugene. Our Service Department is a fast-paced environment dedicated to serving clients throughout the community.
Our goal is to develop lifelong service customers, with our Advisors being the first point of contact in our service departments.
We seek candidates with high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills. The ability to make recommendations and prioritize tasks for customers is essential.
Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, technicians, and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work quality, researching vehicle history, maintaining customer information, completing tasks efficiently, and scheduling service appointments using various communication systems.
Working conditions are primarily indoors, involving PC work, standing, walking, and frequent telephone use.
