Our Fulfillment Coordinator is accountable for:

  • Managing the order lifecycle of long-term substitute teacher assignments, including taking and filling orders, and resolving assignment-related issues.
  • Placing talent in open long-term contract positions for school districts and completing check-ins upon activation.
  • Achieving fulfillment objectives by providing exceptional service to both customers and talent.
  • Striving to meet and exceed service delivery goals and customer expectations.
  • 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, administrative, talent management, customer service, or education experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
