Job summary

Ajax Turner Company, Inc. is seeking a Draft Loader to handle loading/unloading of keg route trucks and maintain a tidy keg room in a on-site Tennessee facility. Shift schedule is Sunday through Thursday with daily end times once tasks are complete.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in paperwork, and proficiency with VIP EasyOps software for inventory control. Valid driver’s license and prior warehousing experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift & MPE certificated.
• Excellent safety record with a safety first mindset.
• Injury and accident free mentality.
• Physically fit and able to meet the listed physical requirements.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jack, hand truck, and similar equipment.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and in cold temperatures.

• Ability to work flexible hours; hours vary by season.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently stripping trucks, order picking, loading, and unloading of all keg route trucks.
• Organizing and maintaining professional appearance of the keg room.
• Completing the daily truck loading and unloading paperwork.
• Understanding VIP EasyOps software and its functions for inventory control.
• Reporting any draught product discrepancies, out of stocks, date issues, or order picking issues.
• Knowing inventory processes and product distribution plans.
• Managing all aspects of the keg room and on-premise loading process.
• Ensuring daily processes are performed safely, correctly, and efficiently.
• Complying with all government and ATCO processes, work rules, policies, and instructions as they apply to your position.
• Demonstrating ATCO's mission, vision, and values in all responsibilities.
