Work Schedule: Full time, Tuesday- Saturday, 9 AM- 5:30 PM

Pay: $16- $18 depending on experience

401K : 60% matching up to 10% of salary

General Summary
Our Company In-Bound Team is responsible for processing returned products from delivery trucks and maintaining warehouse organization. They strip trucks of all debris and garbage before assessing returned products, determining whether items are salvageable, need repacking, or require disposal. Team members handle both kegs and package returns, ensuring products are properly sorted and prepared for redistribution or disposal. Kegs are organized by size and brand for return to the brewery for refilling and reuse. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and forklift operation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strip delivery trucks of all garbage and debris upon return.
  • Unload returned products from delivery trucks.
  • Inspect and sort returned package products to determine if they are salvageable, damaged, or a total loss.
  • Organize keg returns by size and brand for return to the brewery.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Work overtime when required.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience desired.
  • Must be able to complete the in-house forklift certification program.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 49 lbs.
  • Able to work overtime when required.

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, machinery with moving parts, and dusty conditions.
  • Possible exposure to chemicals, fumes, loud noise, and high places.
