Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing in Kearney, NE seeks a Route Driver to operate local routes crewed by a CDL team member. Start early, stay close to home, and keep deliveries on schedule across daily routes.

This full-time role requires a Class A CDL (or ability to obtain within 3 months), 18+ years old, and a good driving record. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Sign-on bonuses and quarterly incentives are offered.

Schedule

The route will start in the early morning hours (2:30am - 4:30am, depending on assigned route) and end early to mid-afternoon. The end time varies by day as some days are bigger order days than others, and most drivers average of 45-50 hours per week. For our longer routes we are moving towards scheduling 4 days per week which should average about 45 hours per week with occasional 5 day weeks to cover routes as needed.
