Job summary

Klamath Crimson Rose (KCR) seeks a compassionate Case Manager to support youth in our behavioral rehabilitation program. Based in Klamath County, you will provide client-centered services within a collaborative treatment team, guided by strengths-based, trauma-informed care.

The role includes delivering evidence-based programming, counseling, and thorough case management, with emphasis on transition planning, aftercare, and documentation to help youth build brighter futures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with 1 year experience, or bachelor's in social work/psychology/sociology with 2 years experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record.
• Crisis management, CPR, and food handler certifications (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based treatment programming tailored to each client's needs.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive client case files and service plans.
• Participate in client admission, transition planning, and aftercare processes.
• Observe and document client progress and interactions.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

Salary: $26.72 - $33.81 per hour

Key Responsibilities
