Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services LLC seeks a full-time, non-remote KC-130J Load Master to serve as a Simulator Contractor Instructor at MCAS Kaneohe Bay, O'ahu, Hawaii. The role requires NATOPS qualifications, extensive C-130 experience, and USAF-equivalent credentials.

You will deliver instruction, support training evolutions, and participate in ongoing NATOPS and STAN activities, ensuring readiness and safety across mission-critical scenarios.

Qualifications

• NATOPS qualified Flight Engineer or CrewMaster Level 1 (within 5 years) or USAF equivalent.
• CATI (Combat Assault Transport Instructor) qualification or USAF equivalent.
• Systems Instructor or USAF equivalent.
• Air Delivery Instructor or USAF equivalent.
• ANI (Assistant NATOPS Instructor) preferred.
• MI (Mission Instructor) qualification or USAF equivalent.
• 1500 flying hours on C-130 required.
• Eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Pass NATOPS exams (Open/Closed Book and EP).
• Strong instructor knowledge of KC-130 mission, crew procedures, maintenance, loading/unloading, aerial delivery and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and curriculum support as needed.
• Support training evolutions with instruction, setup, and preparation for T&R syllabus 2000 and 6000.
• Attend scheduled flight briefs and meetings.
• Participate in STAN meetings as directed by VMGR-152/VMGR-153.
• Attend CIP training meetings as directed by VMGR-152/153.
