Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services, LLC seeks a full-time, non-remote KC-130J Load Master to serve as a Simulator Contractor Instructor at MCAS Kaneohe Bay, O'ahu, Hawaii. The role requires NATOPS qualifications, extensive KC-130 experience, and USAF-equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities include providing instructional support, assisting in T&R syllabus execution, attending briefings, and coordinating with VMGR-152/VMGR-153 training activities.

Qualifications

• NATOPS qualified Flight Engineer or CrewMaster Level 1 (within 5 years) or USAF equivalent.
• Combat Assault Transport Instructor (Or USAF Equivalent).
• Systems Instructor (Or USAF Equivalent).
• Air Delivery Instructor (Or USAF Equivalent).
• Assistant NATOPS Instructor preferred (Or USAF Equivalent).
• Mission Instructor (Or USAF Equivalent).
• 1500 flight hours in C-130 required.
• Eligible to hold a Secret Clearance.
• Complete NATOPS Open/Closed Book and EP exam (Bold Face).
• In-depth KC-130 mission, procedures & training knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and curriculum support as needed.
• Support training evolutions with setup, preparation, and execution of T&R Syllabus 2000 and 6000.
• Attend scheduled flight briefs or meetings as required.
• Participate in STAN meetings as directed by VMGR-152/VMGR-153.
• Attend CIP training meetings as directed by VMGR-152/VMGR-153 training Department.
• Perform as NATOPS Instrument Evaluators and Assistant NATOPS Instructors.
