KBI Field Service Technician – Memphis, TN

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our Nashville, TN team. You will provide reactive, installation, preventative maintenance, and removal services on customer-owned beverage equipment. You will also build strong relationships with our customers and maintain the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

You will:

1. Provide accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines.
2. Complete equipment installations, projects, and/or preventative maintenance.
3. Make equipment recommendations to customers and follow up with the Sales Department.

Key Qualifications:

1. Valid state issued driver’s license.
2. Ability to use basic hand tools and familiarity with power tools.
3. Ability to travel and work overnights when necessary.
4. Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00 to $20.00/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
