Job Position: Kayak Tour Guide / Dock Crew

Duties:

1. Guide guests through the waters of Citrus County, sharing knowledge of local wildlife and history.
2. Launch and retrieve kayaks from our private dock.
3. Check customers in at the front desk.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 5-8 hours.
• Ability to tolerate outdoor Florida climate, especially during summer.
• Ability to pass random drug tests.
• Versatile team member capable of working in office, launch, and tour guide roles.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $13 per hour, plus tips, with full-time hours.

Additional Notes:

We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
