Job summary

Enterprise Family YMCA is seeking a dedicated Karate Instructor to teach karate classes to children, teens, and adults, promoting fitness, discipline, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, adapting to skill levels, maintaining safe facilities, and communicating with participants and parents. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain, in line with YMCA requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Karate Instructor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of karate techniques, forms, and training methods.
• Ability to teach and motivate students of all ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to the YMCA’s mission and values.
