Our Care team is dedicated to raising the standard of mental healthcare. Our team of industry-leading providers is paired alongside a members-first approach that harnesses the power of collaboration, measurement-based processes, and the best technology to deliver desired outcomes and meaningful care.
We have 2 Clinical Psychologists on our Executive Leadership team, and there are hundreds of care providers, licensed therapists, and meditation teachers within the company.

Our job postings include the location that the role is open to, and we typically hire remotely in select U.S. states and the U.K.
At Headspace we offer a remote-first environment where people are supported to do their best work from home. Most of our roles are fully remote if you are located in the US (with the exception of a few states).
Depending on the role, it could take anywhere from 3-5 steps in the overall interview process. The interviews are typically over Zoom.
