Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Acton, MA to transfer and replenish components across the warehouse, the Material Control Room, and the cleanroom. You will record movements in SAP and operate pallet jacks and baling equipment, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Transfer and replenish components between the warehouse, Material Control Room, and cleanroom.
• Record material movements accurately in the SAP ERP system.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and plastic baling equipment.
• Follow safety policies, standard operating procedures, and quality system requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Prepare components for transfer according to the Kanban system.
• Complete required training and end-of-shift activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and respond to radio communications.
