• Direct day-to-day deployment and field readiness for local and regional EDC teams.
• Conduct operational audits and canine performance evaluations per guidelines.
• Mentor field trainers and handlers to maintain high training standards.
• Supervise regional training drills and secure target-odor exposure.
• Coordinate safety, screening, and account management with stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs and risk-mitigation benchmarks are met across contracts.
