Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, onsite K-12 School Dietitian in Lancaster, TX, to assist with nutrition, marketing, and sustainability programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead menu planning and recipe management
• Collaborate on purchasing and nutritional review
• Develop associate training and manage allergy & program compliance
• Build student-centered nutrition education programs
• Lead media and nutrition communications
• Conduct audits and ensure USDA compliance
• Support development of various programs including sustainability and taste testing

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and nutrient analysis software
• Experience in foodservice, K-12 nutrition preferred
