Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to supervisor.
• Represent Clean Team professionally at client locations.

Looking for a dependable part-time evening job with a consistent schedule?

Clean Team Inc. is hiring Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Plainfield, Indiana. This position is ideal for individuals seeking extra income, a second job, or a flexible evening schedule with a stable and growing company.

No commercial cleaning experience? No problem! We provide paid training for motivated individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering quality work.

Schedule

Choose One Shift:

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
OR

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Approximately 6 hours per week

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment by:

Cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting assigned areas

Emptying trash and replacing liners

Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces

Restocking restroom and breakroom supplies

Following company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs to your supervisor

Representing Clean Team professionally while working at customer locations

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who:

Are dependable and have a strong work ethic

Can work independently with minimal supervision

Have reliable transportation

Hold a valid driver's license

Can perform routine physical cleaning activities, including bending, lifting, reaching, and standing during the shift

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, custodial work, or environmental services

Additional pre-employment requirements, including a background check or customer-specific screening, may apply depending on the work location.
