Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable Part-Time Commercial Cleaner for our Beech Grove facility in Beech Grove, Indiana. The role offers Monday-Friday evenings with a flexible start time and no weekend work.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, maintain a safe environment, and follow established procedures while representing Clean Team in a professional manner. Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform routine physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Maintain entrances, hallways, and other shared spaces
• Follow established cleaning procedures and company quality standards
• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing Clean Team
