Job summary

Boss Fire Protection is hiring for an installer/inspector role to service commercial kitchen fire suppression systems and portable extinguishers. You will participate in maintenance, reporting, and on-site inspections while adhering to safety standards.

The position offers weekdays hours, immediate start, and company healthcare insurance with paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use power/hand tools.
• Willingness to train for an A-license.
• Comfortable working outside and on ladders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and service commercial kitchen fire suppression systems.
• Install and inspect portable fire extinguishers.
• Conduct exit light inspections.
• Shop work on fire extinguishers.
• Maintain the service schedule and submit daily reports.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean record required
• Minimum 1 year experience installing, inspecting, and servicing commercial fire extinguishers
• Willingness to learn and motivation to train for an A-license
• Strong knowledge of all manufacturer specifications for fixed fire systems
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
• Comfortable working in outside conditions and on ladders where needed
