Job summary

WorkGenius Group in New York, NY is seeking a Brand Ambassador for a Beauty, Hair Care & Experiential Marketing event at Union Square Plaza. This two-day assignment runs September 16–17, 10:00 AM–7:30 PM daily, with a paid 1-hour virtual training session before the event.

You will greet guests, educate about the brand, manage entry lines, support activation areas, and maintain an energetic environment in a high-foot-traffic setting.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in beauty, hair care, and Korean beauty/K-Beauty.
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching and speaking with the public.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-foot-traffic NYC environment; reliable and punctual.
• Availability for both September 16 and 17; prior brand ambassador, beauty, retail, experiential marketing, or promotional event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entry line, keep guests informed, and help maintain an organized experience.
• Welcome guests and provide engaging education about our client’s brand and products.
• Support activation areas, distribute giveaways, and encourage participation in photo and social-media experiences.
• Create a welcoming, energetic environment while answering basic brand and product questions.
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor and assist with general event needs as directed by the onsite team.
