Job summary

Beauty Barrage in the United States is seeking a Brand Market Specialist to represent assigned brands in retailers, drive in-store sales, and raise brand awareness. You will be the face of the brand, coordinating with store teams and delivering engaging product demonstrations.

This fluctuating, part-time, seasonal role requires weekend availability, travel within territory, and a vehicle. Prior beauty retail experience and polished presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and in-store environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
