Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
• Professional certification or license preferred.
• Skilled in differentiated instruction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable communicating with parents and colleagues.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional activities in line with curriculum.
• Support two intervention specialists in classroom activities.
• Prepare the classroom for daily activities.
• Communicate progress with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Perform other duties as needed.
