Job summary

You will manage classroom routines in the absence of the regular teacher, deliver lessons, support student engagement, and adapt to different classrooms and subjects. Qualifications

• Valid Colorado teaching license or substitute authorization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom instruction and routines in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver prepared lesson plans and maintain instructional momentum.
• Support student learning and engagement through effective classroom management strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback when needed.
• Collaborate and communicate with school staff to ensure a smooth instructional day.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms, grade levels, and subject areas as needed.
• Substitute teachers play a critical role in maintaining educational continuity and creating a positive learning environment for all students.
