Who We Are
KIPP Massachusetts began enrolling students in 2004 and currently holds two charters in Lynn and Boston. Each district serves grades K-12 and K-8 respectively.

Position Overview
The Special Education Sub-Separate Lead Teacher will be responsible for instructing a small group of students in core content areas (Math, Reading, Humanities, and Science) and for supporting students during inclusion opportunities. Responsibilities include managing IEP paperwork, communicating with families, advocating for students, and assisting teachers with accommodations.

What We Offer
The minimum base salary for this position is $63,000 to $102,500, depending on experience. The role includes a $1,000 signing bonus and an annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years.
