Job summary

Alpha is recruiting for on-site roles to coach K-8 students across multiple campuses. You will run life-skills workshops, monitor weekly goals, and guide students with personalized motivation sessions. The role emphasizes real-time feedback, data-driven coaching, and strong student relationships.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years with K-8 learners. A relocation option is provided to join campuses nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any subject.
• 3+ years with K-8 students via teaching, tutoring, coaching or youth programs.
• Comfortable letting adaptive learning software deliver instruction while you coach students.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus and feedback.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions to push toward weekly goals using analytics.
• Administer and re-coach after the Test2Pass mastery assessment until passing.
• Adapt workshop playbook to suit different ages and needs.
• Be the trusted adult who maintains high standards and supportive presence.
