Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site role at a campus location in the United States. You will lead K-8 life-skill workshops, motivate students daily using analytics, and assess progress with the Test2Pass mastery checks.

You will adapt content for mixed ages, maintaining a high standard and supportive mentorship. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with K-8 students, with relocation support provided to chosen campus locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience coaching or leading youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and giving and receiving feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions pushing students to 100% of weekly app goals using Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each life skill and re-coach until passed.
• Adapt workshop playbook and build new sessions to land material for both a kindergartner and an 8th grader.
• Be the adult who holds the standard and the trusted mentor for students.
