Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required as part of minimum education.
• Valid Professional Educator License with K-12 World Language Spanish Endorsement or enrollment in a Teacher Certification program within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Create curriculum backwards planned from college enrollment timelines and school goals.
• Design and implement assessments and benchmarks that measure progress toward goal.
• Use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices.
• Support students in creating ambitious college lists, writing personal essays, and submitting thorough applications before early action due dates.
• Review financial aid letters with students and caretakers.
• Deliver instruction that engages students and requires cognitive lift.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Communicate progress with families regularly.
