Elevo seeks a Program Facilitator to lead K–8 students in SEL-based activities and sports at partner schools. You will follow Elevo’s curriculum, manage groups, and collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe, engaging environment.

The role emphasizes consistency, positivity, and role-modeling while supporting student confidence and social skills. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the program.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in sports or education settings.
• Ability to model positive behavior and manage group dynamics.
• Strong communication with students, families, and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities using Elevo curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and promote positive behavior.
