Competenze

• Master’s in Library Science is required.
• Experience in a school library or media center preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Knowledge of children's and young adult literature and reading instruction.

• Design and implement school-wide reading initiatives and literacy events.
• Curate a diverse print, digital, and audio library collection reflecting diverse backgrounds.
• Foster a welcoming library environment that promotes a strong reader identity.
• Partner with classroom teachers to co-plan units and align resources.

• Oversee library operations, including cataloging, circulation, inventory, and budget alignment.
