Job Type: Part-time Teacher

Schedule: School-year position

Community Christian School is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher for Grades K–8 to join our Christ-centered learning community on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will teach general music and choir for K–8 students, and beginning band for middle school students, while nurturing musical growth and integrating Christian values into instruction.

Responsibilities

Teach general music and choir classes for students in Grades K–8
Teach beginning band for middle school students (Grades 5–8)
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that build musical skills, knowledge, and appreciation
Encourage creativity, teamwork, and personal growth through music
Plan and lead performances, concerts, and special music events
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a positive, organized, and safe learning environment

Qualifications
