Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field.

• Valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Administrative certificate for K-12 or Elementary and Secondary Principal.

Responsibilities

• Designs and facilitates professional learning sessions and courses to support SDP programmatic framework.
• Researches trends in education to align staff with SDP practices.
• Leads content programming, logistics, and communication for large-scale district-wide professional learning.
• Develops plans to measure impact of professional learning and analyzes data for program decisions.
• Hires and develops part-time staff to support facilitation and logistics.
