Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site role across multiple U.S. campuses to coach K-8 students in life skills. You will lead public speaking workshops, run daily motivation sessions, and use Coachbot analytics to push students to their weekly app goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with K-8 students, and the legal right to work in the U.S. Relocation support is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students: classroom teaching, tutoring, coaching, or youth program work.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions pushing students to 100% of weekly app goals with analytics and incentive systems.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach students who do not pass.
