Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time Business Consultant to guide K-8 students in life skills, using adaptive learning and narrative coaching. You will lead workshops, conduct daily coaching, and drive mastery-based progress through Coachbot analytics in a campus environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years working with youth, with on-site work at designated Alpha campuses in the United States. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience working with K‑8 students (teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program leadership)
• Daily usage of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Availability to work on-site at an Alpha campus across listed cities

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students (public speaking, concentration, teamwork, feedback)
• Conduct daily individual or small-group coaching analyzing adaptive learning progress
• Oversee and assess Test2Pass evaluations ensuring mastery of life skills
• Adjust approach for diverse age groups and maintain engagement
• Build authentic connections to guide students through resistance and distraction
