Job summary

Audubon-Schools seeks an Interventionist Assistant to support K–8 students by delivering targeted interventions and tracking progress under supervision. You will work with classroom teachers to implement plans, monitor outcomes, and help students build skills and confidence.

The role carries greater instructional responsibility than a typical assistant, including leading scheduled intervention groups and contributing to MTSS processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school or related settings.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Comfort with collecting progress data and using it to inform instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group and one-on-one academic interventions.
• Implement intervention plans with fidelity and adjust pacing as directed.
• Monitor and document student progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Interventionist and teachers to support MTSS/SAT processes.
• Maintain organized records and communicate with families as needed.
