As an Intervention Specialist, you will diagnose and address learning, social, and behavioral gaps, collaborate with families, and implement SESI’s evidence-based models, including CASE PBIS framework. Qualifications

• Current Intervention Specialist license required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
