Job summary

The International School at Gregory (K-8) seeks a dynamic Principal to lead a PK-8 program, overseeing policies, curriculum, budgets, and staff development. You will collaborate with the Superintendent and Board to promote student achievement and professional growth.

Starting salary follows the state principal schedule with local supplement and full benefits. Twelve-month contracted employment with exempt status. Prior administrative credential preferred but not required depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Administration required.
• NC Administrator's Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: minimum five years as a teacher; experience as an assistant principal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the school administrator to develop and implement policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets.
• Promote educational development of students and professional growth of staff.
• Oversee the 12-month calendar and ensure compliance with board directives.
