Job summary

Everstone Academy in Chicago is seeking Independent Contractors to provide academic intervention for K-8 students, including those with diverse diagnoses. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs and goals.
• Provide direct academic intervention, including reading, writing, or math.
• Create and document individualized goals and lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust academic plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with standards.
• Manage student scheduling in the client portal, TheraNest.
• Document daily sessions clearly and promptly.
• Share student progress with parents and/or schools, highlighting successes.
