Job summary

EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist for a full-time role in Cleveland, Ohio, supporting K–6 students in a school program. The program serves 12–15 students receiving special education services. Immediate start with collaboration across school staff to promote student success.

You will develop and monitor IEPs, adapt instruction to individual needs, and document progress toward goals while maintaining a structured, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license for the assignment.
Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
Ability to provide specialized instruction for diverse learners.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
Provide specialized instruction based on students' learning needs.
Adapt instructional strategies to support progress.
Monitor student performance and document progress toward goals.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and developmental needs.
Maintain a structured, inclusive learning environment.
